• What is Web Hosting? Web hosting is a home for your Website on our web server to establish a presence on the Internet.
• Can I change or update my web pages? Yes. You have unlimited access using the private userid and password provided to you. You can create and maintain your Website via your own computer and upload files with a FTP (File Transfer Protocol) tool or through our special FrontPage upload system.
• Can I change packages once I have paid? Yes, you can upgrade your package as your business grows or expands.
• How do I place an order? You can place an order by e-mailing Sales, 24 hours a day or by phoning us at 416-303-5180 between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
• Do you offer dial-up Internet access? Yes, in January, 2002 we expanded our business to become a full Internet Service Provider.

• What is a domain name? A domain name is the way that others will find your homepage on the Internet. The simplier the domain, the easier it will be for others to find you.
• Do you handle domain registrations? Yes, please see our Domain offerings.
• Can multiple domain names point to the same account? Yes, this is an excellent way to expand and marketing of your present business. Please contact Sales for further information.
