GSL Technologies Inc. to host website for Cercl.
Ajax, Ontario - May 23, 2003:
Chemical Engineering Research Consultants Limited was incorporated in the Province of Ontario in 1963 to provide a broad range of consulting services to the Canadian industrial, business and government communities. The members of CERCL are all professors in the Department of Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry at the University of Toronto, with diverse areas of expertise.
Currently, CERCL consists of approximately 30 consultants all of whom are highly qualified in one or more areas of science or engineering. Expertise exists in such diverse areas as fluid mechanics, heat transfer, catalysis and chemical reaction engineering, electrochemistry and corrosion, aerosols, mass transfer, separation processes, ceramics, nuclear processes, biochemical and food engineering, pulp and paper technology, materials and polymers, process control and optimization, environmental engineering, and occupational health and safety. CERCL may also retain experts in other fields.
Services offered by CERCL include technical advice on processes and materials, feasibility studies of new projects, environmental assessments, transportation and energy studies, quality assurance and advice to government, the legal profession, and insurance companies and adjusters. Contract research may be undertaken for government or industry for theoretical or experimental work. CERCL is able to make arrangements with the University for use of scientific facilities.
