Timothy K. Davis, founder of infinetivity has passed away.

Ajax, Ontario - November 30, 2001:

The staff and management of GSL Technologies Inc. are deeply saddened and mourn the sudden passing of Timothy K. Davis, founder of infinetivity.

The world has lost a larger than life character, his goodness and his love for all of us will live on in our hearts, minds and souls forever. We send our deepest sympathies to wife Ellis Davis, his children Keith, Lindy, Katie, Amy and all other family members.
